Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yep. Month-to-month, no contracts. If you need to step down to Watchdog or scale up to Fortress, just give us 5 days' notice and we handle the transition. And if you need to cancel? That's fine too. We'd rather have you leave happy than stick around frustrated.

What if I don't know which plan I need?

That's literally why we exist. Call us at +421 113 610 779 or email [email protected] and we'll ask you three questions about your exposure. Takes 15 minutes. Then we'll tell you honestly what makes sense. Sometimes that's Watchdog. Sometimes Fortress. We don't upsell.

Are there setup fees or hidden costs?

No setup fees. The price we quote is the price you pay. If you decide to execute a forward contract or lock rates, that's a separate transaction (and we explain all costs upfront before you commit). We've seen too many businesses burned by surprise charges. We don't do that.

Do you offer volume discounts?

For Fortress clients managing seven figures or more in exposure, we can talk about it. But we're honest — the best 'discount' is knowing your risk is actually covered. That's worth more than 10% off. If you're interested, let's discuss your specific situation.
